Quotr is introducing a new pricing structure for Quotr Software, its self-serve AI takeoff and estimating product, built around three plans: Quotr Lite, Quotr Plus, and Quotr Enterprise. The plans replace the previous team plan and move Quotr Software to per-seat pricing, giving contractors a clearer path from a single estimator to a full team without a jump in cost to get there. The higher plans also extend across the wider Quotr platform, adding takeoff service credits and a procurement discount.
Existing customers are not affected. Current plans and pricing stay in place, and the new features are included at no additional cost.
Why the change
Estimating teams grow, and the plan that fit at the start rarely fits a year later. A contractor adds an estimator, begins sharing bids with partners, or needs takeoff help during a busy stretch. The previous single team plan left a wide gap between one seat and a full team, with no option in between.
Per-seat pricing closes that gap. A team adds one seat at a time and pays for the seats it uses, rather than committing to a team plan before the team exists. Each plan corresponds to a stage of that growth.
