PCBC 2026 Recap: Builders Are Ready for AI — and Quotr.ai Can Do It For You

What we heard on the floor at PCBC 2026

PCBC 2026 made one thing clear: in homebuilding, AI has stopped being a someday conversation and become a right-now one. Across the floor — and across the sessions — the same worry kept surfacing: a lot of teams are still running their workflows by hand, and they know that if they don’t start bringing AI in, they risk getting left behind. A few things stood out:

  • The question changed. It’s no longer “is AI real?” — it’s “how do we start, and are we already behind?” That fear of falling behind was the single most common thread we heard.
